A Prayer About Losing Sleep Over Other People's Behavior
Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
I am caught up in worry, anger, and frustration.
I can't sleep at night because I get so upset with other people's
behavior.
I am getting upset over nothing.
I know it is me and not others causing me all this sleeplessness.
In your love and grace, touch my heart to cast all my cares and worries
upon you.
I know you have the power to change all things.
Please touch my heart so I can sleep and rest at night.
When others do things that irritate me, worry me, or make me angry, remind
me how you are the great power of love in all creation.
Shield me from myself.
Shield me from my reactions to what others do and say.
Most of all, walk with me and talk with me every hour�telling me how I
am to be your shining witness in this dark world.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit
who lives within me and touches me,
