A Prayer To Attain Perfect Faith
Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God,
Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Help me to be honest.
Help me to be true.
There are forces about me wanting me to puff me up and make me believe I
have great faith when in truth my faith is small and weak.
To inflate my ego there are forces about me speaking to me about the lack
of faith others have in comparison to my faith.
Help me never listen to these forces wanting me to be puffed up and
arrogant.
Help me, in my faith, to be humble.
When my faith is strong, remind me to thank you.
When my faith is weak, remind me what I have is from you�and remind me
to thank you.
When my faith gives me absolute certainty, help me to remember those
moments of certainty when I am in doubt.
When my faith ebbs away and I begin to wonder and doubt, help me to take
those doubts to you.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus
Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can
rely.
