A Prayer For Perfect Health

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
You know I do not have perfect health.
You know I need you every hour to help me over these many hurdles I confront each day.
In your wisdom, instruct me in how to be healthier and how to have less pain.
In your wisdom, show me how to avoid those parts of my life taking away my health and vitality.
In your wisdom, guide me in what it is I am supposed to eat, do, and think to be healthier.
In all I say, think, and do, help me to be your humble child and not think about myself.
Help me think only of you and think only of others.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
Amen
