A Prayer About Spiritual Hunger

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord, please forgive me because I forget about you too often.
Please forgive me for not thinking about you enough.
In your will and in your grace, help me come to know how much I need you.
Help me know more about my hunger for your love and compassion.
When I go to fill my spiritual hunger, guide and direct me to fill my hunger with your light and love.
Keep my life a life of light and love by filling me with your love and grace.
Help me grow ever stronger in my faith so I will come to yearn to express your love and compassion rather than just wanting you to give me your love and compassion.
Show me every hour how you are the only way I can fill my spiritual hunger.
In the name of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
Amen
