Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Always let your love be within me.
If I should ever feel the emotion of hate, convict me of this terrible sin of carrying your absence.
As an antidote to my feelings of hate…
When I begin to feel sorry for myself and I start to look inward, turn my eyes outward toward you and toward those persons around me.
When I am with those persons who are younger than I, always let me pass your love on to those who are younger.
When I am with a child, help me show your love to the child in mature ways.

When I am with a child, help me show the child how not getting what he or she wants is a natural occurrence…showing we can be happy, even in poverty.
When I am with others of any age, help me show them true happiness is not found in things, but in your love.
When I am with others of any age, help me show true happiness is not found in what they can get, but in what they can give.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
