A Prayer To Tell The Truth About Love

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
You know me.
You know me better than anyone on earth.
You know that I need love in my life.
You know that love heals all wounds and fills the center of my life.
Please help me to know your love more fully.
Please help me to be able to open my heart and mind to your overflowing presence within me.
As it pleases you, give me the power to express how much I need you.
Give me the power to come before you in my weaknesses and in my strengths.
I know I shall not ever have enough love except the love that comes from you.
However, let me always come before you hanging upon the cross and let me lay my burdens down so I may pick up your burdens of love.
I know I am alone even when I am with others and that the only person who is always truly with me is you.
In you I shall always have more love than I need.
In you there shall never be any emptiness within me.
In you, because you pour your love into my heart, I shall have peace and serenity.
Whenever I think I am not loved or I need love, show me how to open my heart up to you.
When I am afraid to open my heart, help me overcome my fear.
When I think the obstacles in life are too big and I cannot get over them, give me your love that also gives me hope, peace, and joy unspeakable.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely.
Amen
