A Prayer For Times Of Stress
Wonderful Lord Jesus, Precious Holy Spirit, Strong And Mighty God, in this
hour I am in need of your touch. Trials and tribulations have befallen me,
but when I see your hand touching my heart, I am soothed. I am overcome
with worry, but when I think of you on the Cross, I am at peace. When I
see the enemy coming at me I shake and quiver but when I hear your voice I
am calm and resolute. Oh Precious God, great Being of all Beings, Creator
of all that can ever be, give me the power to overcome this trial. Give me
the power to, in your blessed name, defeat every fear, defeat every doubt,
defeat every hurt, and overcome every affliction of my heart, soul, and
mind. I rest my hope, my life, my all in you. I cannot walk, or think, or
be anything at all without you. So in this moment of so much stress, help
me to see only you. Help me now to wait patiently upon you. For in you, at
the end of all things, there shall be shouts of joy and victory. In the
name of the Faither, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
