Prayer To Turn Darkness Into An Opportunity

Precious Father,
Precious Lord Jesus,
Wonderful Holy Spirit,
I love you, Lord.
I hold all you are in reverence and awe.
I am your child and your are my Father.
I love you but I forget to tell you.
I look for you and yet you are within me.
I hold your love in my heart and I want to do your will yet the trials of my life overwhelm me.
Your love strengthens and guides me during every trial and every tribulation I face.
You love gives me the ability to find opportunity in the darkness in spite of my fears and anxieties.
In ways I do not understand, during every time of darkness, you give me courage to face my future.
In every hour of darkness, somehow, someway, you give me an opportunity to serve you and be more of the kind of person you want me to be.
Even though I am still frail and weak, in every darkness you give me strength to hang on a while longer.
In every darkness, your voice calls me to push onward.
Even though my prayers are tiny, I know you hear every word and every sigh.
I know you listen to my heart and you want me to pursue every opportunity to serve you.
In you, I find the Light of Life that conquers every darkness.
In you, I find the infinite wisdom of all the ages past and the ages in the future.
In every darkness, help me carry your message of love and redeeming life to those around me.
I have many burdens I must carry but my burdens are nothing compared to the darkness of living without your Light.
I have many needs but my needs are not important compared to the needs I would have if I did not have you in my heart.
In the name of God the Father,
Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives within me and touches me,
Amen
