A Prayer For A Time When God Says "No" In His Wisdom

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Compared to you, I am faulty and misguided in my reasoning.
Compared to you, I am ignorant and without wisdom.
Compared to you, I am nothing, yet you love me and seek to bring me home as your child.
When you do not give me what I ask for, help me see the wisdom in your answer.
When you do not give me what I ask for, help me have faith any answer you give me is for my benefit and your glory.
When the pain of my life begins to blind me to your presence, help me understand you are with me to help me understand your wisdom will guide me.
When you do not heal me when I think I need to be healed, show me my suffering and your response can be for your glory and grace.
When I do not have enough wisdom to understand you, help me accept your will for my life.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
