A Prayer About The Willingness To Be A Suffering Servant

Most Precious Lord Jesus, Gentle And Wonderful God, Truly Awesome And Ever-present Holy Spirit,
Precious Lord Jesus, I love you.
Lord, sometimes I get upset with you.
Lord, sometimes I am angry at you for not giving me what I think I need.
Please forgive me.
Forgive me for I know in my heart and mind what you give me is not as important as what I give you.
In every moment of my pain and sorrow, may I first think of you and then think of others rather than myself.
In every moment of my grief and loss, may I first think of you and then think of others rather than myself.
In every moment when I am under attack by Satan and his evil minions, may I first think of you and then think of others rather than myself.
All these things I humbly pray in the name of my most Blessed Lord Jesus Christ, my Mighty God, and my Ever-present Holy Spirit upon whom I can rely. Amen
